The International Retained Search Association provides an educational environment to foster best practices in retained search. The association strives to set the industry standard in retained search practices through the collaborative effort of its members.
IRSA aims to establish a collaborative forum to educate members by providing an environment where members set the agenda on relative issues that affect each individual’s practice in an effort to maintain laser-like focus on pertinent issues affecting recruiters engaged in retained search.
